Once the page is published, you can make it easier for customers to find it by adding links throughout your store:

  • Navigation Menu – Add a menu item such as Wholesale Registration or Apply for B2B to your main menu.
  • Dedicated Landing Page – Create a dedicated registration page (for example, /pages/wholesale-registration) and use it as the destination for your marketing campaigns.
  • Footer Link – Include a link to the registration page in your store footer so it is accessible from every page.
  • Homepage Banner – Add a call-to-action button on your homepage that links directly to the registration page..

3. What customers experience

After the registration page is published, the registration process works as follows:

  • A customer opens the registration page.
  • The B2B Registration Form app block loads the active registration form automatically.
  • The customer completes the registration form and clicks Submit.
  • The customer receives the Application Submitted confirmation email.
  • The store admin receives the Application Received notification email.
  • The application appears in Smind B2B → Customer Management with a Pending status (or is approved automatically if Auto Approval is enabled).
