How to Configure Email Alerts

Edit your current registration form, on the Email tab, you can manage all automated email notifications used throughout the registration process.

There are four email templates, grouped into notifications sent to the customer and the store admin.

• Application Submitted: Sent automatically to the customer immediately after they submit the registration form. This email confirms that the application has been received and is under review.
• Application Approved: Sent to the customer when their application is approved by a store admin. This email notifies the customer that their account has been approved and they can now log in or access wholesale/restricted features
• Application Rejected: Sent to the customer when their application is rejected. You can customize the email content, including the rejection reason and any next steps.
• Application Received: Sent to the store admin immediately after a customer submits the registration form, notifying them that a new application is waiting for review. This email is triggered at the same time as “Application submitted”

Click any email template to customize its settings. For example, click into Application submitted to customize this email templates. On the left-side:

• Email Notification: enable or disable the notification
• Reply-To : lets you specify the email address that will receive replies when a customer clicks Reply in the notification email.
• Subject : define the email subject line displayed in the recipient’s inbox.

On the right side, the Rich Text Editor lets you create and format the email content using the built-in formatting toolbar. Below the email template list in the left sidebar, the Email Variables section at the bottom of the sidebar provides dynamic placeholders, such as customer information, application status, and store details. Simply click a variable to copy it, then paste it into the email subject or body. These placeholders are automatically replaced with the corresponding values when the email is sent.
